If I was truly interested in doing a Hobie fleet, I would have to have at least two boats available for training this summer 2017, releases, training materials, a treatment of the project, required skills and assets, both film making artistic and sailing. Then there would be a recruitment process based on these materials. Those who could pass the candidate course could crew their own cat.
