my body wants to be strong and amazing, I have a natural and even affinity for feeling wonderful and getting strong, adept, coordinated, lithe, amazing. I am easy in my body and a phenomenal athlete and aesthete.

I am getting physically stronger and more open, my flexibility and performance continues to enhance. There is no limit to my speed, endurance, coordination, strength, balance, flexibility…

I am brother to all beings and delight in discovering each one’s unique offering.

I am adept at neutralizing threats and solving problems. Mostly by unmaking them with love and appreciation.

I clearly identify what is wanted, what is worthy. I am so amazing at rapidly flipping contrast to reveal the newest sparkling desire

I can enjoy every moment. I do enjoy every moment, somehow by seeing with the eyes of the cosmos.
