hatred is neither epic nor energizing

defeat is not dramatic

suffering isn’t romantic

pining denies desire

I ran 18 today and am def experiencing some intensity, but doing my best to just be divine about it all. My toe was acting up last night and today especially after the run there’s a sensation down there AS IF there is an injury. I’ve been DMSOing, trust and patience. I’ve got a great freaking life!
