agreement

1. compensation – Artist house provides

1. $1500 for 10 days of work in Canada – payable after completion of shooting

2. $500 bonus (based on evaluation of dedication to project and excellence in performance)

3. $646 plane fare (cash match for Steve)

4. Food and lodging

5. Credit, full card

6. Excerpt of project available for actor on DVD by June

7. Complete version of project available by August

8. Passes for festivals, travel reimbursement – optional

9. Production will be insured

2. work for hire – actor provides

1. optional recommended – 10 half days of rehearsal and workshop (5 hours) 4/1 – 4/10 (schedule)

2. optional recommended – character development (40 hours)

3. 10 full days of shooting on location (Canada) 8-10 hours

4. work for hire, actor releases all rights for any and every purpose, throughout the universe in perpetuity, including marketing and merchandising

5. actor understands and agrees there will be no additional income from “points”, no residuals, no merchandising. actor has no further expectation of payment after production is complete.

6. Any payments made in the usa are for work completed in Canada only.

7. actor will be do his or her very best to be healthy and well rested upon departure for canada on April 10
