Foundation premise

Nation states might be theater to synthesize geographic unities. A geographic unity prevents affinity groups in different geographies from forming alliances beyond their borders. For example, one might imagine that Christians would not fight Christians, but of course history is rife with examples of Christians killing each other, also Muslims, Communists, etc. So nation states are only antithetical to one another so as to control the vast populations within each. They go to war with each other to serve an agenda that is obscured, hidden from the populations that produce and deploy the weapons and of course die, are impoverished or enjoy the spoils of victory.

The most recent administration has illustrated that the United States of America is clearly not run by a President, that whoever is President is of little consequence. The elections are certainly a sham, as votes are counted by machines running proprietary code that the public is not allowed to review. From the irrelevancy of the chief executive, one might extrapolate the irrelevancy of all elected or appointed officials. Who then runs the country? A convoluted bureaucracy shepherded by an invisible elite. The DOG universe refers to these theoretical elite as the Clique

The Fun

In the movie DOG the spiritual elite who have taken responsibility for managing Theme Park Earth are the Clique. Individuals within the Clique want for nothing. Food, shelter, sex, health, delight, power are all easily satisfied. What is not available via the captured supply chain is fun, which is to say challenge and the opportunity for personal excellence. This must be initiated by each individual, according to their own aesthetic. Therefor, the clique fracture into factions in order to wrestle with other factions, to vie for prominence in setting the Agenda. This is pretty much the highest achievement possible by their lights. What is the most efficacious approach to improving humanity? Who is the deciding / guiding faction?

Essentially then, Uncle Joe is a faction of one. By rejecting and ultimately unraveling the consensus agenda, he defaults the agenda to null, no agenda. Let the wonderful emergence roll, sans intervention or improvement by meddling Clique with their stewardship narrative.

The Useless Eaters

If nation states are real, the only components that matter are the ability to subjugate rival states, either economically, militarily or both. The segment of the population that enables this are necessary, the rest of the population could be thought of as useless eaters. The reason that useless eaters are suffered to exist is to keep the giant flywheel of production spinning so that at any moment the momentum could be applied to a vigorous war making program. This presents a credible threat to any potential enemy or vassal state that attempts to rebel.

The Complex Organism

Whether nation states or factions are real, each is more akin to an organism than an organization. The elements that motivate and drive the nation state are not controllable per se, they are like organs functioning in synergy with other organs and the whole seeks to survive, competing for resources, perhaps even striving to reproduce or just proliferate. Human beings are like cells in this super organism and their ultimate contribution to the whole is beyond their limited perception, much less control.
