You had the exact geometry of the original tooth that tho decayed felt fine and so far your 3D system is not an improvement for me over traditional molds and casting, which tho inconvenient duplicates geometry exactly through an analog method, whereas your digital system could have introduced some anomaly, either in the imprecision of the sampling of the original geometry, human error or some software glitch.When you needed to grind on the opposing top tooth, that meant your system failed to match exactly what was there.
