I’m assembling the rough cut

I’m assembling the rough cut with placeholders as planned to test the whole. Actually a series of tests, each demonstrating some concept or approach.
The near term objective is to show the test to Yvonne, as an arbitrary milestone. Mostly it’s about whether I think it’s working, and if so to set forth a refinement plan, the most sketchy tests being brought into sharper focus, the most daring hacks made routine, the most labor intensive demonstrated as doable with available talent.
So there are iterations of testing, reducing the variables, checking for traps and giant knowledge or capability gaps, polishing the parts methodically until the whole emerges – seemingly like Athena from Zeus’s forehead to outsiders – but actually as interlocking components repetitively instantiated.
